Shipping Policy
 

  • Processing Times

    • Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

 

  • Shipping Methods & Costs

    • We ship Australia-wide using reputable courier and postal services.

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed before payment.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless required by law.

    • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by customers. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order. 

 

  • Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard delivery estimates are 5 business days for metro areas and 15 business days for regional or remote areas.

    • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, extreme weather, or other events outside our control. We make no guarantee on the actual date of delivery and will not be held liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions). 

 

  • Tracking

    • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

    • You can track your order via the courier’s website.

 

  • Lost or Damaged Goods

    • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We may request that you arrange for the damaged items to be returned to us, or provide additional information, before we agree to processing a refund or replacement of the damaged item. 

    • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if required under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

  • International Shipping 

    • International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

  • Change of Mind

    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal dislike of the product, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

    • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.

 

  • Return Conditions

    • Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    • Certain products such as digital downloads, personalised merchandise, and clearance items are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, to the extent permitted by law. 

 

  • Return Costs

    • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

    • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods.

  • Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You may be entitled to additional remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract.
